Rabbit Resistant Plants

Rabbits can be a serious problem in gardens, entering through gaps in hedges or fences or by tunnelling, then causing damage to a wide range of ornamental plants. Various deterrents are available, but where rabbits are persistent it is best remove plants they like: replace these with ones they dislike because of their smell, taste, leaf texture or thorns. Even these, however, may be damaged in severe winters or when producing new shoots in spring.
